Modern is shaping the future of leadership and organizations and has a clear, compelling purpose around improving and saving lives. Modern creates the space to have the tough conversations with clients around the ways their structure, leadership, and talent need to evolve for the future – and that speaks to my personal purpose.
Greg has spent over a decade supporting organizations in achieving their strategic goals by evolving their leadership. He has worked with Boards, C-suite executives, and their leadership teams to inspire organizations to transform.
Greg has worked in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals/life sciences, retail, high tech, financial services, and industrial manufacturing. He has assessed and coached executives in public and private companies as well as not-for-profits. His work leverages his background as an industrial-organizational psychologist, helping individuals, teams, and organizations to understand their mindsets and patterns of behavior.
Prior to Modern, Greg was a Director with YSC Consulting, now part of Accenture. He spent 10 years assessing and coaching leaders, developing client partnerships, and building new service lines. His work leading the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice in North America, including internal and external DEI consultation and strategy activation, was a particular highlight of his time with YSC Consulting.
Greg has published a number of articles and thought pieces, focusing on his academic research on the organizational entry process and his passion for DEI. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio.
