Carson Golden

Carson Golden is a Partner with deep specialism in leadership assessment, integration & coaching services.  Carson has 20 years of human capital and talent management experience through both in-house and professional services roles.

Prior to joining Modern, Carson was a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry based in their Atlanta office for 9 years. Previously, Carson served as Leadership Development Consultant at Bank of America. She began her career in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting.

Carson received a BS degree in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Carson has served as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion community of practice at Korn Ferry and has delivered career mobility and mastery solutions for women and underrepresented talent. She is inspired to deliver an executive search process that not only places exceptional underrepresented talent, but also lays the foundation for their long-term success.
