Alena Silverbush is an Associate Director based in New York. She supports executive search, partnering closely with client teams to understand leadership priorities, navigate competitive talent markets, and secure exceptional leaders for critical roles. Her work blends rigorous market research, thoughtful talent mapping, and clear, decision-ready insights throughout the search process.
Within Modern’s Industrials Practice, Alena focuses on commercial and operations leadership (often at the C-suite, SVP, and VP levels) across manufacturing, distribution and building products, with additional exposure to energy transition and EV infrastructure, including private equity-backed and high-growth environments. In addition to Industrials, she brings broader executive search experience across Technology and Financial Services, which helps her bring a wider lens to leadership requirements and candidate evaluation.
Alena is known for building targeted, high-quality pipelines, identifying hard-to-reach talent, and helping teams tell a compelling story to win candidates in tight markets. Her recent work spans CEO and C-suite buildouts, senior operations and supply chain leadership, global commercial leadership roles, and board searches - supporting both established organizations and newer platforms building leadership teams from the ground up.
Alena studied English and French at Omsk State University in Siberia, Russia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and skiing.
