Tessa is an internationally experienced leadership consultant and executive coach, who is partnering with Modern Executive Solutions on an interim basis to bring Modern Leadership to our prestigious client base.
Formerly, Tessa was on the Board and Global Leadership Team of YSC, a global, leadership strategy consultancy, and Managing Director of YSC’s North American business. Before that she led the talent agendas for a global facilities management organization and an airport management business.
As a consultant she has advised Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 CEOs and C-suite leaders on their leadership strategy, talent development, and CEO succession. Her sector experience extends to marketing and advertising, facilities management, technology, financial services, biopharma, CPG, and retail. Tessa has been coaching at executive levels in global companies for twenty years and she has a passion for catalyzing senior women leaders to maximize their possibilities and realize their potential.
Tessa holds a BSc Psychology, First Class Honors, and a master’s in occupational psychology, both from Queen’s University, Belfast. She is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, a practitioner with the Health Promotions Council (UK), and an ICF Accredited Coach.
She is Vice Chair of the Queen’s University, Belfast Foundation and serves as a Non-Executive Director on other Boards.
Tessa is originally from Derry, Northern Ireland, and claims to put positive psychology to work, daily, in parenting three children and being married to a West Ham fan.
