Teresa brings 25+ years of expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, assessment, and team effectiveness. Her coaching clients include C-suite executives and senior leaders across diverse industries, including CPG, retail, manufacturing, financial services, private equity, energy, utilities, healthcare, and telecommunications in both the U.S. and international markets.
Before joining Modern, Teresa was a Partner at RHR International, where she assessed and coached senior executives to strengthen their leadership impact and drive organizational performance. Prior to that, she spent three years in Saudi Arabia as an expatriate, serving as a leadership coach at the Saudi Electricity Company’s Executive Leadership Development Center. Immersed in a new cultural and business environment, she gained deep cultural fluency and a broadened global perspective on leadership and organizational growth.
Earlier in her career, Teresa held senior leadership roles including Head of Organizational and People Development at a global equipment manufacturing company, and Vice President/Chief Learning Officer at a $12B B2B retail organization. These roles provided her with firsthand experience in leading complex change within large, dynamic enterprises.
Her dual experience—both as an internal leader and an external advisor—gives her a rare ability to empathize with clients’ challenges while offering strategic, actionable guidance.
Dr. Teresa Wallace is a graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania's Chief Learning Officer Program, with expertise in evidence-based leadership that transforms talent into competitive advantage. Her credentials include a Master's in Learning Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in International Management from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Mary Baldwin College, and professional certifications in Hogan Assessments and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
