Joshua Sirois
Senior Director
I find purpose in human connection and unlocking the utmost potential of individuals and organizations. At Modern, it’s what we do every day – we’re laser-focused on developing trust-based, human relationships with clients so we can together identify their aspirations and, more importantly, work hand-in-hand to achieve them.
Joshua is a Senior Director in Modern’s Enterprise Solutions group. They specialize in building and implementing data-driven, human-centered strategies to address challenges related to talent management, culture transformation, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), among others.
Before joining Modern, Joshua worked as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company for three years. In this role, they served Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, and colleges and universities undergoing cultural, technological, and enterprise-wide transformations. Joshua published McKinsey perspectives on learning technologies for remote/hybrid education and support for LGBTQ+ students, led the North America analyst program, and founded an interoffice network for underrepresented colleagues in the Midwest.
Joshua received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, majoring in Global Business, minoring in Women’s and Gender Studies, and completing a certificate in Spanish. In their senior year, Joshua was named a Fulbright Scholar and later completed the fellowship in Gran Canaria, Spain.
Joshua is committed to promoting equity, queer rights and representation, and joy within and beyond the workplace. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, drinking coffee, watching RuPaul’s Drag Race, and playing pickleball and volleyball in their home base of St. Louis, Missouri.
