Debbie Hantusch is a Partner at Modern. She specializes in the design and delivery of talent management and leadership development programs including assessment and coaching of C suite executives. She has advised senior leaders from a range of industry sectors including private equity, financial and professional services, technology, and retail, equipping them to grow their businesses and advance their careers.

Debbie brings over 30 years of consulting experience. Prior to joining Modern, she was a Managing Consultant at YSC (now Accenture) where she led projects with key clients to drive culture change, business growth and scaling, and to identify and develop high potential talent, to enable succession management. She was also a Principal Consultant at SHL, leading the Canadian team and managing large scale assessment solutions and training program development and delivery. Earlier in her career, Debbie worked at PDI (Personnel Decisions International).

Born in Canada, Debbie grew up and started her career in the UK before returning to Canada to live in Ottawa. She has a BA in Psychology and a Post-graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Over the course of her career, she has worked extensively across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She has a particular interest in consulting with globally diverse organizations to build successful and equitable teams, and growing leadership capabilities to shape sustainable businesses.
