Dan Rubin is a Senior Partner in Chicago. He has over 30 years of experience helping clients deliver results through their people and uncovering and addressing their key talent issues.

Dan works to address strategic issues related to talent management, aiding companies in achieving growth from within. He provides clients with essential resources to tackle their most pressing talent challenges, including executive talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, assessment and development, and corporate culture. Dan also helps clients to integrate HR solutions within a broader talent ecosystem.

Prior to joining Modern, Dan held several leadership roles in prominent consulting/search firms, serving as a consultant, account leader, and business unit leader. He has provided consulting services to clients across diverse industries, including the world’s largest publicly traded employer, other Fortune 500 companies, and emerging start-ups.

Having previously lived in London, Dan has extensive experience working with organizations throughout Europe. He is a frequent contributor to thought leadership on critical industry issues and a regular presenter at major industry conferences.

Dan earned an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management. He also earned a BA degree in Journalism with a minor in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
