Alicia is an Associate based in New York supporting the Technology Practice at Modern. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, organizational intelligence, and leadership advisory solutions.
Prior to joining Modern, Alicia started her career as an Executive Assistant and specialized in applying astute tactics to alleviate the workload of her executives. Her organizational skills and attention to detail helped her thrive in all her previous roles and inspired her to go into research.
Alicia received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Adelphi University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, Pepper as well as going to and watching New York Knick games.
