Integration Coaching: Leadership executive coaching to Client personnel for the first 100-day onboarding into a new role. Program components may vary but are expected to include beginning, mid-point, and end meetings with all stakeholders and weekly meetings the first month and bi-weekly meetings through the rest of the 100 days with the candidate.
Modern Executive Development Program (MEDP): A 12-month program designed to ensure the success of a future leader (one executive) through an individualized development program. The program focuses on three key leadership areas: Personal leadership, team leadership, and enterprise leadership and works with three specialized coaches representing these areas.
Modern Future CxO Academy (MFCA): There are fundamental changes to how a company is run. We are not seeking to build highly technical or tactical leadership skills, rather with the enterprise leadership skills and awareness necessary for the top CxO role. In MFCA, our learning is centered around clarified leadership purpose and developing within each of the 5 pillars of becoming a world class CxO.
Team Effectiveness Workshops: To be a high performing organization it is imperative to have a high performing executive team. The more executives work as a team with shared accountability and an enterprise mindset, the more successful an organization will be. Executives set the tone – it is important to start at the top and then build successful HPTs below. However, we know that teams cannot be improved in 2 days. It takes time, expertise, and investment. We do the heavy lifting and invest in the interpersonal element of team workshops. We address both the individual and group in-depth by leveraging advanced psychometric tools, demand results and produce tangible results.
