Stephanie is a Partner in Modern’s Organizational Consulting group. She has more than 10 years of experience partnering with organizations to develop and implement data-backed human resources strategies, culture transformations, and innovative talent programs.
Prior to joining Modern, Stephanie was an Expert Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company’s People and Organization practice, where she built and led multidisciplinary teams to solve organizations' most pressing people challenges. She also led and published multiple research projects, including understanding the financial impact of strong managers and the concrete behaviors that drive inclusion.
Stephanie received her PhD in Management and Organization from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where her research focused on human performance and diversity, equity and inclusion. She also received her BA in psychology from the University at Buffalo, SUNY.
