He partners with leading organizations to identify and recruit top executive talent, providing strategic insights and advisory support throughout the search process.
Prior to joining Modern Executive Solutions, Sam was an Executive Search Consultant at JM Search, where he played a key role in executive placements across manufacturing and process industries. He has a strong background in retained search, managing the full lifecycle from market research and strategic outreach to candidate assessment and placement, ensuring successful executive hires.
He holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University and began his career with internships in venture capital/start-ups.
