Rachel is a Partner across our Global HR, Legal, Risk, and Commercial practices and focuses on the hiring and development of executive-level professionals across industries.  

Rachel spent her early career as a practicing attorney before moving into recruitment in 2009. She initially focused on lateral partner recruitment for AmLaw firms before pivoting to focus on senior level in-house roles across legal, compliance, HR and technology. Prior to joining Modern, Rachel was an Executive Search Consultant for Leathwaite where she executed a number of high-profile searches across HR, legal, risk, compliance and Ffinance. She is experienced working with clients of all sizes across industries, including financial services, technology, industrials, insurance, healthcare, and professional services.

Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Endicott College. Rachel has received her PHR Certification and her Hogan Assessment Certification.
