Rachel is a Partner in our Global Corporate Functions Practice, specializing in the recruitment and development of executive-level leaders across industries. She brings deep expertise in Human Resources and Legal leadership and is recognized for helping clients build, strengthen, and modernize functional leadership teams that are future-focused and commercially driven.

A former practicing attorney, Rachel transitioned into executive search in 2009. She began her search career specializing in lateral partner recruitment for AmLaw firms before expanding her focus to senior executive roles across Legal, Compliance, HR, Risk, Finance, and Technology. She has partnered with organizations of all sizes, from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies, across financial services, consumer/retail, technology, industrials, insurance, healthcare, and professional services.

Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Endicott College. She is PHR-certified and Hogan Assessment–certified.
