Mollie is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience specializing in leadership assessment and development. She has helped the Fortune 500s identify their future leaders, as well as advise start-ups and smaller organizations on high impact selection decisions at the top of the house.
Prior to joining Modern, Mollie served as a Global Assessment & Selection Partner at Meta (parent company of Facebook). There, she played a pivotal role building the first-ever Global Talent Assessment & Selection team, as well as creating the methodology and content for large-scale structured assessment programs.
Previous to Meta, Mollie was an Assessment Consultant at Korn Ferry where she conducted leadership assessments and led assessment & succession engagements for clients across industries, with deep expertise in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and technology. Mollie has proven expertise in building custom competency models and creating detailed success profiles outlining peak functional and leadership performance. Mollie truly believes that unlocking an organization’s potential starts with individual assessment.
Earlier in her career, Mollie served as a People Operations Specialist at 1stdibs, a luxury e-commerce organization, as well as a Recruiter & Consultant Trainer for a travel nursing agency, American Traveler Staffing.
Mollie received her Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University, and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida State University with a research focus in decision-making and cognitive functioning. In her free time, Mollie enjoys gardening, trying new craft beer & great wine, and strength-training (not in that order)!
