Haskel Canagarajah is an Associate Director for Modern based out of Austin, Texas. His work centers on helping organizations unlock stronger results by aligning strategy to talent through projects such as organizational redesigns, leadership transformations, and talent optimizations. He partners closely with senior executives to develop transformative, people-first solutions that enable ambitious enterprise strategies and develop stronger working environments.
In addition, Haskel has supported a number of key executive searches at Modern, placing C-suite and VP level candidates into critical leadership roles.
