Based in Orlando, FL, Francis brings 20+ years of experience supporting senior executives and executive search engagements. She began her career as an Executive Assistant, providing executive-level support and coordination for C-suite leaders across multiple organizations.
Prior to joining Modern, Francis worked at a global executive search firm supporting several global practice areas, including CHRO and DE&I searches.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring new places.
