Caroline is a Managing Director and member of the Technology Practice.
Prior to Modern, Caroline spent 10 years at Google. She started as a sales analyst working with Fortune 500 finance clients. Most recently, she was the Google Nest staffing lead, working with Nest leaders on talent acquisition strategy.
Caroline earned her B.S. in Finance at the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
